Our Policies
WARRANTY:
Monster Hooks, Inc. guarantees that the product
shall be free from defects in material and
workmanship at the time of delivery. “Defect”, as
used in this warranty, is defined as any
imperfections that impair the use of our products
and any gross cosmetic damages, which are not
inherent to the natural manufacturing of our
product. After purchase, the finish is not covered.
The metal is covered for the life of the product.
Monster Hooks, Inc. will repair or replace any hook
that is defective and return at our expense. Monster
Hooks, Inc. is not liable for any special, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury
or death, which results from use or misuse of this
product.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Selected products designated ‘custom’ or ‘special’
are sold to buyer on a non-cancelable, non-reschedulable
and non-returnable basis (NCNR). All non-standard
products are sold on an NCNR basis.
SHIPPING:
All in stock items are processed within 1-2 business
days from the date the order was placed. Custom
products are made to order and take 2-3 weeks. Most
orders are shipped using FedEx and UPS ground
services for domestic shipments within the
continental United States (lower 48 states) APO/FPO
destinations. Truck Freight transportation may be
required for shipments which are oversized and
overweight. Shipping charges will vary based on the
destination and total weight.
All products shall be suitably packed and delivered
to buyer or its carrier agent or Monster Hooks, Inc.
contractor facility at which time title to such
products and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer
upon delivery to the common carrier at Monster
Hooks, Inc. or its contractor facility, as
designated by Monster Hooks, Inc. All freight,
insurance, handling and forwarding agents fees,
taxes, duties, storage and other expenses or fees,
as well as any special packaging expense shall be
paid by the buyer.
RETURN POLICY:
Monster Hooks, Inc. sincerely wants you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase, so we will
gladly accept returns and exchanges under the terms
outlined below within 30 days of original purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please email or contact us to request a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping
product back. Write the number on the outside return
shipping label. Product must be shipped back in
original packaging, cannot be damaged or installed,
and must be in re-sellable condition. Please make
sure to carefully package your returns to avoid any
damages.
Monster Hooks, Inc. inspects each product before it
leaves our warehouse to ensure product is free from
damage. Open and inspect the merchandise carefully
before signing the delivery receipt. We can only
initiate claims if they damage was noted at the time
of delivery. If you
receive your product damaged during shipment, you
must make a claim with the shipping company. Please
contact us immediately so we can assist you in
filing a claim with the shipping company.
Product Returns
This section describes the guidelines for returning
Monster Hooks, Inc. products which are rejected on
receipt by buyer and returns for reasons other than
shipping discrepancies.
Shipment
Discrepancies
For any shipment discrepancy (i.e., wrong product or
incorrect quantities), buyer must contact Monster
Hooks, Inc. within fifteen (15) days of receipt of
the product. The following information is required:
• Buyer, Location, Zip Code
• Purchase Order Number
• Product , Quantity in Error
• Date of Shipment
To return products for a shipment discrepancy (i.e.,
wrong product or over shipment); buyer must request
a returned material authorization (RMA) number. Such
RMA will be processed and a replacement order will
be entered for the corrected product number or
corrected quantity and will be shipped (if
available) upon receipt of the returned product.
Rejected Products
(incoming)
Buyers must promptly inspect all products upon
receipt of shipment. Products that are Damaged or
inconsistent with buyers order must be rejected
within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Products not
rejected within the 15-day window are deemed
accepted. To reject a product, customer must
request, in writing, an RMA number. Upon receipt of
the RMA number, Buyer must return to Monster Hooks,
Inc. the following:
• Rejected Products in original Monster Hooks, Inc.
shipping cartons
• Freight Prepaid
• A Copy of the Original Purchase Order
• Notation of the RMA Number (clearly identifiable
on the outer box)
General Returns
Monster Hooks, Inc. will under special circumstances
accept unused product from a buyer as long as it is
previously approved (RMA) and meets the following
conditions:
• The product is a standard product (does not apply
to custom or special orders)
• Un-opened, undamaged boxes and product
• 25% restocking fee
• Shipping and Handling prepaid by buyer

process your order, notify customers of the status
